ATTENTION WHOLISTIC HEALTH FAIR EXHIBITORS!

Now’s the time to reserve your booths if you are interested in participating in Communiversity’s 2013 Wholistic Health Fair! Participating exhibitors will receive the chance to introduce their products, know-how, and services. You will receive 24 coupons for a free workshop to hand out to your clients and friends (a $72 value). There are 60 booths available, and they have sold out every year. Booths are $90 for the day until July 19th, at which point they will increase to $110 for the day. Exhibitors may want to also reserve a 45-minute time slot to teach an informative workshop during the fair. We will choose 20 presenters from the submitted proposals to create a well-rounded line-up of workshops that allow participants a chance to enhance their knowledge and ask questions of the presenters. These workshops will offer the attendees new ways of dealing with physical and spiritual issues. Sign up soon, as workshop slots fill early!

The Health Fair also features a huge Silent Auction of healthy products, such as acupuncture treatments, jewelry, herb baskets, and much more. If you’re interested in donating a product or service, follow the link below! All proceeds go to support the Communiversity program.

FALL 2013 WHOLISTIC HEALTH FAIR INFORMATION

Date: Sunday, November 10, 2013
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Location: UMKC Student Union, Multipurpose Room #401, 5100 Cherry, KCMO 64111
Parking: ¼ block to the north of the Student Union at 5115 Oak Street.
Park on LEVEL 5. Parking is free on weekends!
About: The Health Fair Exhibition Hall is free, open to everyone, and includes everything from massage and tarot card readings to diabetes testing and natural veterinary care. The workshops are only $3 each, and you can get 3 for $7!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

Details: UMKC/Communiversity’s Wholistic Health Fair has been a bi-annual event since 1999. The event includes a plethora of alternative-health practitioners, who gather to share their knowledge, experience, and philosophies with the public.
Booths: Booths will consist of a 5 ft. by 2.5 ft. table, 2 chairs, a plastic table cover, a sign card with your company name, and as many name badges as you need. You may bring your own table cover and signage, but please no wall banners.
Vendors: You may sell products and service, collect names, and give away prizes. Unfortunately, we cannot allow sales of food.
Reach: Communiversity will publicize the event in our upcoming catalog, read by more than 40,000 people! We’ll distribute flyers and posters throughout the metro area and advertise in local periodicals. Ads will be available for health fair professionals to purchase.
Tickets: The 24 free tickets we provide (unlimited online) helps boost participation substantially.
Other: Our Wholistic Health Fair will demonstrate and teach a variety of techniques for staying healthy and maintaining vitality and youthfulness. You can make valuable connections with other practitioners while attendees sample from a variety of health education and techniques.
